Did you ever think it was possible for you to say “goodbye” to sugar? Give yourself a pat on the back.
By now, you should have parted ways with refined, white sugar, and the so-called “healthy” fruit juices, sodas and other soft drinks. Have you noticed any physical changes? Have you lost weight?
