Thankfully, we have been able to stay open during this time as we provide essential healthcare. While we would like to say everything is “business as usual,” that is simply not true. And it shouldn’t be. We are actually taking some pretty drastic measures to insure your safety and the safety of our staff. We have implemented additional sanitation initiatives for everyone’s enhanced protection.
First, we are now taking all Initial Consultations for new patients over the phone or on a Zoom or FaceTime call, rather than at the clinic. The first appointment is $75 and consists of a review of your medical history and current condition, as well as an establishment of your protocol moving forward, so this is an effective and efficient way to begin our relationship while eliminating a non-essential in-person meeting.
Clinic News: As we are in the business of wellness, it is important to us to stay available to you to support your immune system as well as mental health. We strive to serve our patients in the best way possible, so we are relying on our relationship of mutual respect and trust to continue our services. We ask that you assist us with the following temporary arrangements:
–If you (or any of your friends, coworkers, or family) are exhibiting or have exhibited any of the coronavirus symptoms in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment by phone or online.
-To limit potential spread, please do not bring guests (family or friends) to your appointment. We know this will be a challenge for some due to the cancellation of schools and activities, but we feel confident you will understand this need.
–We encourage you to wear a mask upon entrance and in common areas, even if you are vaccinated. We will wear masks at all times. Cover your nose and mouth if sneezing or coughing and please wash your hands promptly afterwards.
-If you are pregnant (any stage) please wear a mask and practice the sanitary measures required.
–If you are 65 year or older, please wear a mask and practice the sanitary measures required.
It is most important to us that you remain healthy and calm. Therefore we are implementing the following practices to support everyone’s safety:
–Frequently touched surfaces are sanitized several times a day, including door handles, countertops, faucet handles, etc. Common area furniture is sprayed with disinfectant several times a day.
-Any staff member or patient that has a cold, flu, or coronavirus symptoms will be told to stay home, or dismissed from the Inner Peace clinic.
-As is our practice every day, needles are sterile and individually wrapped.
-As is our practice every day, needles are disposed of properly according to Health Code
-As is our practice every day, all fitted and flat sheets are replaced between every patient with a clean set
-As is our practice every day, Acupuncturists sanitize their hands before every treatment
-Facial acupuncture points will be avoided.
-Your Acupuncturist will be wearing a mask.
-Our Front Desk Receptionist will practice social distancing, and will be verbally directing you to your treatment room
-No hand to hand payment transactions will take place
-The majority of your time spent in the clinic will be in your private treatment room.
-Unfortunately, we will not offer any hot tea service, but will have bottled water for you to pick up at your convenience
-We have installed “touchless” soap and paper towel dispensers and trash cans.
In keeping with all directives of state and federal health and human service agencies, the smallest number of Practitioners and staff members will be at the Inner Peace clinic on any given day. We ask for your patience and understanding in the event that your regular Acupuncturist is not available for your next treatment. All of our Acupuncturists are the best of the best. It is more important at this time for you to have consistent treatment. If you are treated by a different Acupuncturist at your upcoming visit, please know that you may absolutely go back to your regular Acupuncturist when we have returned to a sense of normalcy.
We sincerely hope that you will take these considerations under close advisement, and continue your treatments with us – as now is an imperative time to build your immunity and continued health.
We have implemented a NO CALL, NO SHOW Cancellation Fee of $20.00. As we work with fewer staff and more new clients every day, we do not wish to waste whole appointment slots in an effort to serve as may women as possible.

At Inner Peace Acupuncture & Wellness, we believe in a team approach to treatment. We collectively discuss treatment progress and treatment planning of each case on a weekly basis. No matter which acupuncturist you end up working with, you will always benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the entire Inner Peace team.
Each acupuncturist is certified in Acupuncture and/or Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicne (NCCAOM), and is trained in our signature protocol for fertility, the Practically Fertile® Methodology.
New Patients – Your initial appointment will be a $75 on-line, virtual consultation, where we will review your medical history, current issues, paperwork, and everything else we need to know about you and your individual situation! We really take a comprehensive look at your health, so this will save time at your first in-house Acupuncture appointment and allow us to dive right into your treatment protocol when we meet.
